The game between closely ranked teams ended with eleventh rankedShkupi 's (5-10) road victory over bottom-ranked Vardar (0-15) in Skopje 115-95 on Sunday. Shkupi made 20-of-25 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. Shkupi outrebounded Vardar 53-27 including a 31-14 advantage in defensive rebounds. Shkupi looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. It was an exceptional evening for American forward Sekou Sylla (195-2000, college: Towson) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 46 points (!!!) and 24 rebounds. American-Somalian power forward Yusuf Mohamed (208-1998, college: Westminster, UT) accounted for 27 points and 11 rebounds (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field) for the winning side. Hristijan Nastovski (-2003) came up with 24 points and 6 rebounds and guard Husein Bajram (180-2002) added 14 points respectively for Vardar in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Shkupi moved-up to tenth place, which they share with Gostivar. Vardar lost their fifteenth game in a row. They still close the standings with 15 games lost.
